Why do I have duplicate contacts?

A duplicate contact is usually created when the same person is added more than once. Search for an existing contact before adding a new one whenever possible.

Can I edit a contact after adding them?

Yes. Open the contact record, update the information, and save your changes.

Can I import multiple contacts at once?

Yes. Use the Import Contacts feature with a CSV file.

Can I export my contacts?

Yes. Use Export Contacts to download your contacts as a CSV file.

What's the difference between a Tag and a Smart List?

A Tag is applied directly to a contact.

A Smart List is a saved group of contacts based on one or more filters.

Can I delete more than one contact at a time?

Yes. Select multiple contacts and use Bulk Actions.

Can I undo deleting a contact?

If your account doesn't include a restore feature, deleted contacts cannot be recovered.
