Learn how to permanently delete multiple contacts at once.

Before You Begin

Bulk deleting contacts permanently removes all selected contacts from your account. This action cannot be undone unless your account includes a recovery feature.

Follow These Steps

☐ Click Contacts.

☐ Select the contacts you want to delete.

☐ Click Bulk Actions.

☐ Click Delete Contacts.

☐ Review the confirmation message.

☐ Click Delete to confirm.

Success Check

✔ The selected contacts no longer appear in your Contacts list.

Pro Tip

💡 Before deleting contacts, consider exporting them as a backup if you may need the information later.

Troubleshooting

I don't see the Delete option.

• Verify your user permissions allow deleting contacts.

• Some accounts restrict bulk deletion to administrators.

I accidentally deleted contacts.

• If your account doesn't support contact recovery, you'll need to import or add the contacts again.
