What You'll Learn

Learn how to update multiple contacts at the same time using Bulk Actions.

Before You Begin

Bulk Actions only affect the contacts you select. Review your selection before making changes.

Follow These Steps

☐ From the left menu, click Contacts.

☐ Select the checkbox next to each contact you want to update.

☐ To select all visible contacts, click the checkbox at the top of the list.

☐ Click Bulk Actions.

☐ Select the action you would like to perform.

Examples may include:

• Add Tag

• Remove Tag

• Assign User

• Delete Contacts

• Export Contacts

☐ Review your selection.

☐ Click Confirm if prompted.

Success Check

✔ The selected Bulk Action has been applied to every selected contact.

Pro Tip

💡 Use filters or Smart Lists before selecting contacts to avoid updating the wrong records.

Troubleshooting

I don't see Bulk Actions.

• Make sure you've selected at least one contact.

• Verify your user permissions allow bulk updates.
